Never talk about religion and politics?

The adage may run that polite dinner party conversation should steer well away from religion and politics, but at a recent conference Ferndale minister Stephen Dray was promoting the link between them.

Stephen spoke as part of a weekend at Sarum College dedicated to how the Bible should guide political reflection and action. Among the other speakers was the Rt. Rev. David Stancliffe, Lord Bishop of Salisbury (pictured with Stephen) who spoke of his experience as a Christian in the House of Lords.
