The fellowship of Ferndale Baptist Church was delighted to help host a visit of Joseph and Becky Paul to England.

Joseph spent some time in England promoting the work of the El-Shadai Children’s Home in Chennai which he founded and manages. However, the main purpose of the visit was a holiday following the tragic death of Lydia in September.

Becky especially enjoyed her first trip outside of India. She discovered playgrounds, met her favourite Thomas the Tank Engine and froze at Stonehenge. She met a Beefeater at the Tower of London but thought the sea off Marazion in Cornwall rather cold. Since it was 45 degrees in Chennai and 15 degrees in Southend, she also bought some gloves!

Our love, thoughts and prayers accompany Joseph and Becky on their return to India.
