Early on the morning of 28th July, Dr. John Stott, died.

John was 90 and for the best part of 70 of those years has been a leader of world-wide evangelicalism. He was a prolific author, preacher and teacher, confidant of many, the inspiration of many current evangelical organisations and initiatives (including being the founder of the Fellowship of European Evangelical Theologians of which Stephen is the current British Committee member). John will be remembered as one of the great evangelical leaders of the twentieth century: ‘Well done, you good and faithful servant.’
