From the 24th of September to the 1st of October, Stephen revisited Georgia.

Once again, he was working alongside the Georgian Evangelical Baptist Church. He continued his course on the interpretation of the Bible in Tbilisi and was appointed a visiting professor of the School of Elijah. Discussions with bishops Michael, Ilia and Rusudan also led to Stephen being asked to undertake an analysis of how to establish a validated higher education programme in theology in the country and how to establish the first theological library in the country. These developments are likely to commit Stephen to twice-yearly visits to Georgia for the foreseeable future.
