Gerald Bray to visit Ferndale
Gerald Lewis Bray is an Evangelical theologian, writer, and research professor for Samford University, Alabama. He previously taught at Beeson Divinity School, where he continues to teach specialized courses. Dr. Bray is an ordained minister in the Church of England and now works part of the year for the Latimer Trust in Oxford.
Prior to coming to Beeson in 1993, he served as lecturer in theology and philosophy at Oak Hill College in London and was visiting fellow at General Theological Seminary in New York. He also has an M.Litt. and D. Litt. from the University of Paris-Sorbonne.
Gerald is an old friend and colleague of Stephen who says, ‘We are delighted Gerald has agreed to come as he has a vast knowledge of the early church and the history of Christian doctrine. We look forward to his contribution to our own fellowship life and that of the local churches.‘
