Doubly Blessed

The last Sunday in May was a day of double blessing for Ferndale.
On the one hand, the fellowship was able to welcome back Prof. James I Packer of Regent College, Vancouver, and benefit from his ministry. On the other, the Church formally welcomed Andrew, Carolyne, Daniel and Hannah Mumford on Andrew’s appointment as Associate Pastor. A good number of congregation and visitors were able to celebrate both events and to join together for fellowship at a ‘Bring and Share’ lunch. On his departure, Dr. Packer commented ‘See you again next year’. The Church very much looks forward to the return visit of an old friend and faithful supporter!
