Cracking the Da Vinci Code with David Couchman

Posted on 01 May 2006
Ferndale Baptist Church was host to a very interesting and enjoyable evening on Friday, as David Couchman explored the claims made by the best-selling novel, ""The Da Vinci Code"", by Dan Brown.

Around 40 people gathered to listen to David as he carefuly pulled apart the assertions made by the book, and showed that they are not supported by the evidence.  He discussed claims that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene, and that the Bible had been manipulated for political purposes, along with many other relevant issues.  Throughout his talk, the clarity and and overwhelming evidence of the truth of the Gospel was obvious.
